Lawrence E. Aulenbach, 88 of Ruscombmanor Manor Twp., PA., passed away on April 13th at his residence. He was the husband of Nancy (Bortz) Aulenbach, and the widower of Rose (Smith) Aulenbach. Born in Reading, PA., he was the son of the late John and Ruth (Aulenbach) Weidenheimer. Lawrence was a graduate of Reading High School, He served 82nd Airborne US Army. He was a retired truck driver and owner of the former Yack Shack Radio and Stereo Store of Exeter Twp., PA. Lawrence was predeceased by a brother, John Mohn. He is survived by three daughters, Cindy Lou Turner, Leesport, PA, Brenda Szymczyk, Maui, HI, Lea Aulenbach, Marasco, DE; brother, James Mohn, Muhlenberg Twp., PA; 4 Grandchildren, Broc, Cale, Vincent and Julia; 5 Great Grandchildren, Brayden, Cooper, Ridge, Luca and Burlin. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 12:00 PM at the Cramp Hummel Funeral Home, 934 Centre Ave., Reading. A viewing will be held from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the funeral home.
